Due to licensing no outside alcohol may be brought onto our premises.

We require all weddings and/or weekend events to be catered through our selection of preferred caterers.

How do I schedule a tour?

Please contact Ashley or Stephanie through our contact page to arrange a time and date to view our facility and allow us to answer any of your questions. Tours can be scheduled Monday-Friday.

 

What are your business hours?

Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-3:30 pm. Other availability by appointment. 

 

How do I book a date?

You may reserve a date for one week without deposit.  To book the date we require a signed contract and $1000 deposit for bridal/weekend clients and 50% of the original room rental for all other clients.

 

What is the clean-up policy?

Any outside decor must be removed from facility at the close of your function.  The Centre staff will provide basic clean-up after the event if one of our China Options were purchased.

If you want us to take care of ALL the clean-up after your event, including decor and items you have brought in the facility, please inquire about our Walk-Away Package.

When do I have access to the hall?

As long as no other function has been booked, we allow access to the hall the day prior from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. On the day of your event, the building will be opened at 9:00 am. Please ask about our Lock-Out Service to guarantee decorating access.

What kind of support will you provide us?

The Centre has skilled employees to assist with planning and decorating prior to your event.  With the selection of either our China Buffet Option or the Plated Meal Option, a full service support staff will be present to manage your event. 

 

How long can we stay?

Your rental includes a six hour window (beginning when your first guests arrive).  Additional time can be purchased in one hour increments. Clients having both a wedding and reception at The Centre will be allowed additional time.

All events need to be concluded by midnight unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Can we use real candles?

Yes. All flames must be in an enclosed container. Please ask for additional clarification.

Do you offer favor bars?

Yes!Do you have an idea in your head of an awesome favor bar for your event? The Centre can help you bring your idea to life. We offer several favor bar options to bring a unique element to your event. Use a favor bar in lieu of traditional wedding favors, or even as an hors d' oeuvre. If you choose to bring in your own favor bar items, we require you to use one of our staff members to attend to your bar. Ask about pricing and options.
